Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll tasks
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct audits of financial records for accuracy
- Support budget forecasting and expense analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/EA) a plus
- Valid US work authorization required
