Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Provide bookkeeping services for small business clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings
