Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation for 10-15 client portfolios
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation in compliance with GAAP
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with audits and financial analysis for mid-sized companies
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for data entry and reporting
- Communicate financial insights to clients through monthly summaries
- Support year-end closing processes and tax season preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
