Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and resolve discrepancies with vendors/clients
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls across multi-entity operations
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors during night shifts
- Oversee payroll processing for international teams and tax filings
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or alternative schedule accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end closes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
