Responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Process payroll for night shift staff with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial reports, journals, and ledgers.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
