The Role
As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the finance team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to GAAP and internal control policies.
- Assist with Audits: Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets using Excel and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA candidates are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
