- Execute end-of-day reconciliations and financial close procedures
- Process accounts payable/receivable during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support multi-currency transactions for international clients
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement internal controls for after-hours financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and NY financial regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
