Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks for the night shift, including Accounts Payable (invoicing and payments) and Accounts Receivable (billing and collections).
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
- Process and manage payroll for night shift staff accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documents and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Must be available and willing to work a Night Shift schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
