Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are posted correctly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets for management review.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage and organize financial documents and digital records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
