As a Night Shift Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our financial records are up-to-date and accurate during our off-hours operations. You will work independently in a secure environment, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing nightly financial reports.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a nightly basis.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Communicate with team members regarding urgent financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry best practices.
