Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process month-end reconciliations for 15+ client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Generate financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for night shift operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel Advanced functions
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent accounting qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and VAT procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proven experience with multi-client portfolio management
- Relevant night shift or flexible-hours experience preferred
