Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation during night shifts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with audit-ready precision
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Utilize Xero and QuickBooks for real-time financial tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years UK bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent professional certification
- Expert proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Proven ability to work autonomously in minimal supervision environments
- Strong analytical skills for variance identification and resolution
- Flexible availability for 10pm-6am shifts (4 days/week)
