Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour turnaround
- Maintain digital ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with international team during UK business hours
- Ensure SOX compliance for all financial entries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- US GAAP knowledge and audit experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
