Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial reporting systems
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage vendor invoicing and expense tracking processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift or flexible hours
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
