Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and payment transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with procurement team on payment terms and discounts
- Maintain electronic filing systems and audit trails
- Support month-end closing processes
- Train AP associates on system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Night shift availability and reliability
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance
- AP certification preferred
- Experience with SAP or Oracle Financials
