Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment within 30-day terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate AP records in Oracle Financials and NetSuite
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for urgent matters
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO, receipt, and invoice documentation
- Support month-end closing with accrual adjustments and reporting
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment processing time by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with international vendor payments and currency conversions
