Responsibilities
- Perform daily journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations with strict attention to detail.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting.
- Maintain and audit financial records, documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Generate financial reports and variance analysis for senior management review.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies independently.
