Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting during the night shift cycle.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare nightly financial statements and variance reports for leadership review.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams during daylight hours.
