Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting during the night shift cycle.
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare nightly financial statements and variance reports for leadership review.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
• Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams during daylight hours.
