Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements nightly
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead audit preparations and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proven expertise with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
