Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing during off-hours.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and assist with the overnight financial audit.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and validity before processing.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records and archives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or similar night shift hours).
