Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for the night shift team.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Mandatory: Must be available to work the Night Shift (Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
