Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger accounting tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with high precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and necessary adjusting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
- Review and verify financial data for compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
