Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits as required
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership review
- Support process improvements within the accounting department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
