We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Shift Accountant to join our finance team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who prefers a quiet work environment and values a predictable schedule.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Post journal entries and adjust entries to the general ledger.
- Assist in the month-end close process and financial reporting.
- Review invoices, receipts, and expense reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Generate and distribute financial statements to management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience in a corporate or finance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
