Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing during the night shift.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and general ledger entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end close packages.
- Review and audit invoices for compliance with company policies and contracts.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
