- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare payroll documentation and tax compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls verification
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate digital accounting records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with weekday team for financial continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency with advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
