Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during weekend shifts
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare weekend financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed
- Manage vendor inquiries and payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial documentation in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of California tax regulations preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
