Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-entity accounts and banking transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and data
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain organized digital records using Oracle Financials platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in night shift or alternative schedule accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA knowledge
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error reconciliation track record
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax filings
