Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting and process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in remote evening environment
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table mastery
