Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting during overnight shifts
- Process complex payroll and expense reports with zero tolerance for errors
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account analysis
- Collaborate with international teams via secure communication channels
- Maintain strict compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for real-time transaction processing
- Generate executive dashboards for morning leadership reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
