Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
- Prepare weekly/monthly AP reports for management review
- Support month-end closing processes as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
