Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Process accounts payable/receivable during overnight shifts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Prepare financial reports for morning management review
- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain strict compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Support audit requests with organized documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of night shift or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for cross-team coordination
- Flexible availability to cover overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
