Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
- Manage accounts payable software and spreadsheets with 100% data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Review and approve expense reports for compliance and policy adherence.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
