Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Perform account reconciliations for general ledger and bank accounts
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Document accounting procedures for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-location accounting systems
