Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval compliance.
- Perform 3-way matching on purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and assist in month-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data in the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check as per payment terms.
- Assist in the audit preparation and document retention process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage) is highly desired.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Must be available to work night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
