Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations for 20+ client accounts using QuickBooks and Xero
- Process payroll for 50+ employees bi-weekly with precise tax calculations
- Generate financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero tolerance for errors
- Assist in month-end closing procedures with strict deadline adherence
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Xero
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly desirable
- Proven track record of handling high-volume transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
