What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and post payments via various methods (ACH, wire, checks).
- Manage the month-end close process for the AP department.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
