Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and account adjustments during night shift hours
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for global stakeholders
- Process high-volume transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial systems for anomalies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain compliance with UK GAAP and international financial standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in night shift accounting or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions under pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) preferred
