Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting during overnight shifts
- Process high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing procedures after market hours
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting queries
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and accounting software for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience working night shifts or flexible schedules
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
