Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verifications during night shift hours
- Generate month-end financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing for international clients
- Conduct fixed asset audits and depreciation calculations
- Assist with VAT returns and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- 3+ years experience in night shift or 24/7 finance environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA/macros knowledge
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP standards
- Experience with multi-currency transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
