Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and account closures
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during night hours
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a night environment
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
