Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks during night shift hours
- Process high-volume transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Collaborate with international teams across different time zones
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with UK GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Utilize SAP and advanced Excel functions for financial modeling
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in night shift accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VBA desirable)
- Demonstrated experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- UK work authorization required
