Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Assist with audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and implement internal controls to prevent fraud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize ERP systems to automate accounting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
