Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during night shift
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless financial handovers
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-state compliance preferred
