Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing during overnight shifts
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee bank account reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Collaborate with international teams during cross-continental handovers
- Implement internal controls to maintain SOX compliance
- Lead audit preparation for overnight financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
