Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients
- Assist with payroll processing and VAT returns
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A-Levels/GCSEs in Maths preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
