- Assist in preparing VAT returns and quarterly financial reports
- Manage digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Support payroll processing and employee expense claims
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end closing procedures
- Utilize Xero and QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AAT Level 2 desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data entry accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
