Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and VAT returns.
- Maintain and organize financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations.
Qualifications
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- A willingness to learn and obtain professional accounting qualifications.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, professional, and a team player.
