Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process invoices and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Conduct routine audits and verify compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
