Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Relevant A-Levels, BTEC, or a degree in Accounting/Finance (or studying towards one).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
